P-HOUSE, a renovated single-family home located in a quiet residential area, is about a 5-minute drive from JOZU-WORKS.
It was used to live as a residence for a university professor, and handed over to us with the hope of utilizing it for community revitalization.
We customized the interior to create a space where various people can gather for multiple purposes.
You can use it as you like.
A living room with a fireplace where you can have meetings and business negotiations in a relaxed atmosphere.
It is also recommended for social gatherings and welcome parties.
The kitchen is fully set, so you can prepare food and hold tasting parties.
You can also freely enjoy records selected by the representative of JOZU-WORKS.
The wooden deck has a roof and is equipped with lighting, allowing a pleasant breeze to blow through.
You can also have a BBQ without worrying about the weather.
